Rrefund Policy

For custom works, all but the deposit amount can be refunded so long as the product is returned in it's original state. For refund requests, please email soulbouncexpression@gmail.com. To be eligible for refund, products must be returned in original stae.

How long does custom work take?

A timeline will be given at time the request is accepted. With every order, you will be up to date with each step of the process. With added stain and varnish to products, this takes a few days minimum to cure in order to ship.

Why was my request declined?

Requests can be declined due to scope of work, timeline, conflicting styles, etc. Like all creative services, I want you to have the best work possible. If your requests falls outside my scope of style, we will decline the request.

What is Art Confetti?

This is a simple, yet easy way to support the artist. These cover multiple mediums while also allowing you to pick a theme. It's a fun mystery box of art that is sure to delight you.

Social Media Privacy

Upon completion of custom works, you will be asked for consent to post your art across social medias and/or a shoutout. Transparency is key, and we will be as transparent as possible.

How do I make a custom request?

There is a form located at the bottom of the "home page" that you fill out in order to determine the scope of work. Requesting custom works via other communication channels will be redirected to fill out the form. This helps us make sure we are not double booking, missing or losing requests.
